Castelfeder Doss Chardonnay

This wine is pale yellow in colour with green reflections and characterises the variety with it’s diversity of aromas: mature fruits such as apple and pear and bananas mixed with exotic fruit notes of mango and a trace of honey. Slightly spicy, well structured and full in the mouth with a mineral finish on the palate..

    Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia 2016

Sassicaia means “the place of many stones,” and refers to the region’s gravel soil. The original vineyards have a southwest exposure with extensive sun and maritime breezes that create robust vegetation. Grapes are handpicked, destemmed and crushed before fermenting with natural yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in French oak barriques, then refined in bottle before release. Sassicaia’s success prompted the Italian government to grant the wine its own appellation, Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC, beginning with the 1994 vintage.

Intense, concentrated and deep ruby-colored, this wine offers elegant, complex aromas of red fruit. In the mouth it is rich and dense, yet harmonious, with sweet, balanced tannins. The wine has a long finish with a depth and structure that ensure its extraordinary longevity.

Pair with braised meats and hard cheeses.

The first Super Tuscan, this wine debuted in 1968.
So successful it was granted its own appellation, Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC, as of 1994.
A dense, complex wine of legendary longevity.

    Cantina Di Negrar Corvina

    Tasting Notes
Corvina Verona is a youthful but completely loose, spicy and rounded wine with a wonderful fertility in the aroma, characterized especially by cherries and red berries. The taste is characterized by frictionless fruit, almost without tannins, but with a healthy fruity acid and a liberating moderate level of alcohol.

    Tasting notes
“This Cabernet Sauvignon offers blackberry and dried cranberry characters with notes of pepper and allspice. The lengthy finish shows hints of cedar along with ripe fruit and toasted oak.”
